Ingredients: 100% Pure Beta-Alanine Powder

Directions: For adults, take 1/2 scoop 3 to 4 times daily with 8 fl. oz. of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. For optimal results, take 2 servings approximately 30 minutes prior to your workout and 1 serving immediately following.
