Directions: Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 2 cups of water or broth to boil in medium pot.
2. Stir in 1 cup quinoa. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes until tender or until liquid is absorbed.
3. Remove from heat and let stand, covered for 5 minutes.

Tip: Quinoa is cooked when each grain is translucent, and white germ is visible.

Makes about 3 cups.
