Ingredients: 100% Pure Menthol (from Mentha arvensis)

Directions: Do not use directly on skin or apply to broken or irritated skin. Mix with your favorite carrier oil, lip balm and cream to apply to skin. Rub in circular motion on chest or desired area on skin. Inhale aroma. Mix into perfume or with other essential oils for fragrance and aromatherapy purposes. Mix into tub for soothing bath water. Since Menthol Crystals are so concentrated, only a tiny amount is needed!
